Saturday, April 14, will be Free Disposal Day at Waste Connections on the 914 Bypass. From 7 a.m. until 1 p.m., bulky trash will be accepted at no cost. Participants must unload. These items will not be accepted: brush, tires, liquids, hazardous materials and items containing freon. This event is sponsored by PRIDE, Judge-Executive Barty Bullock, Fiscal Court, Solid Waste Board and Waste Connections.
