Friends of Lake Cumberland Cleanup

September 25, 2021Are you a friend of Lake Cumberland? Then please volunteer to pick up trash along its shores!
Bring your family or friends to enjoy a day of community service in one of the most scenic spots in the Commonwealth.The cleanup is held at locations all over the lake to remove trash, tires, appliances, etc., from the vast shoreline.SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONS
8:00 a.m. LOCAL TIME - Volunteers check in at one of these sites:- Clinton County - Grider Hill Dock
- Pulaski County - Waitsboro Recreation Area (500 Waitsboro Rd, Somerset, KY 42503)
- Pulaski County - Burnside Island State Park
- Russell County - Lake Cumberland State Park
- Russell County - Halcomb's Landing
- Wayne County - Conley Bottom Resort
At check-in, volunteers will receive trash bags and gloves.9:00 a.m. LOCAL TIME - Cleanup Begins12:00 p.m. LOCAL TIME - Cleanup EndsPRE-REGISTRATION
