The location of the free Feb. 25-26 Water and Wastewater Training Workshop has been changed. Originally, it was to be held at the Lake Cumberland ADD, but it now will be held at the Russell Springs United Methodist Church, 226 Jamestown Street, Russell Springs, 42642.
