Sealed Bids for the construction of 25 RV accessible parking spaces, a gravel access road and an on-site store and restroom facility as well as for the extension of sanitary sewer, water and electrical services for a campground in Clay County will be received by Eastern Kentucky PRIDE, Inc. on behalf of Impact Outdoor Adventures, Inc. until October 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Time of Opening: Time 2:00 p.m., October 8, 2019
Location of Opening: Eastern Kentucky PRIDE, Inc., The Center for Rural Development, 2292 S. Hwy 27, Somerset, KY 42501
Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid amount. In case the bid is not accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder. Should the bidder refuse or neglect to enter into a contract with the Owner within ten (10) days after notification of acceptance of their bid, the said check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages for failure to do so.
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 10:30 a.m., September 25, 2019, at the project site.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and enter into a contract with the best apparent qualified bidder.
