Free Solid Waste Management Workshops

Southern and eastern Kentuckians are invited to a free workshop to learn more about solid waste management, as well as how to recruit volunteers for a Spring Cleanup event in their community.

In March, PRIDE will host four free Environmental Leadership and Solid Waste Management workshops to assist communities with their solid waste management issues. Topics will include: recycling, composting, solid waste compliance, waste tire management and litter abatement. The agendas are available on the individual workshop listings on the PRIDE calendar and Facebook page.

From the following list, participants can choose the workshop date and location that is most convenient for them (click the link to see the Facebook event, which includes an agenda):

At all workshops:

  • Registration will begin at 9:30 ET local time.
  • A free lunch will be provided to participants.

RSVP Required

The workshops are free, but space is limited. To reserve your spot, please call 888-577-4339 (toll free) or e-mail PRIDE@centertech.com.
